About Our Founders
DeRoches was created by Craig DeRoche, a career insurance industry innovator and Alex Fisher, an accomplished technologist.
Craig has distinguished himself in both his insurance and government service. Craig went on to serve as a marketing manager for a publicly traded insurance company throughout the midwest and rose to the position of Speaker of the House in Michigan. When he served as Speaker, he was the youngest in Michigan’s history and youngest in the country.
Alex has a long history of innovating and pushing the envelope of technology. Alex was first featured for his technical creations on NBC’s “The Today Show” at the age of 18 for a “wearable” computer he created. Since this early start to a career, Alex has gone on to grow successful businesses and work on innovations in social networking, live video streaming and other cutting edge technologies. Alex also serves as president of a large and growing network of young technology professionals in the Metro Detroit area.
